What happens next?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will contain links allowing you to follow the status of your order. You will then receive an email when your order is dispatched.

 

What is the delivery time?

It takes 2 to 5 working days to receive your order in Canada and in the United States. In very few cases it can be a bit longer but in general our logistic partner in the United States respect the delivery time.

 

What if I am not available on the day of delivery?

Our parcels are delivered by carriers who sometimes require a signature against receipt. If you are not on delivery, a delivery notice will be sent to your mailbox containing information on the procedure to follow. Packages delivered by post generally do not require a counter-signature.

 

How to track my order ?

Your package can be tracked, the information relating to this tracking will appear in the e-mail that will be sent to you upon shipment, or in your account.

What is our return and refund policy?

If you change your mind, you can return your order. Returns can be arranged through your account.

 

Can I be compensated if my order arrives late?

We do not make partial or full refunds for late delivery. It can happen for various reasons that some packages take longer than initially expected before arriving at their destination.

We are in no way responsible for the carriers.

If your order encounters a significant delay, contact our after-sales service and we will send you a reduction voucher for a future purchase on our site.
